Ride 2011 Information
The Central South Island Charity Bike Ride is a three day event which is to be held over the 24th, 25th & 26th Feb, 2011 and is the only one of its kind in New Zealand.
Cyclists from all over New Zealand and as far afield as Australia participate in the Ride and along the way will enjoy three days of fun and friendship as well as some of New Zealands most spectacular scenery.
Day 1: The Cyclists travel from Timaru to Kurow where they stay overnight.
Day 2: At the crack of dawn, the riders cycle to the Army Barracks at Lake Tekapo.
Day 3: The final leg! Riders travel back to Timaru to complete the 369km journey for a well earned rest & the Annual Charity Dinner at 6pm
